Stayed at the Motel 6 in South Lake Tahoe, California. 40 bucks per night. I paid for 2 nights... after the first night woke up with a weird rash on my hand. -- Thought it was maybe something I ate the previous evening that didn't agree with me. Then last night woke up... opened my eyes and saw a bug crawling on the bed. I thought what the heck is that and turned the light on... There were several of them... I collected a half dozen of them in a gatorade bottle before I realized I needed to get out of that room... I went down to front desk got a new room - told them what happened... he told me to come and talk to the manager in the morning - he also gave me a voucher for 1 single night. I threw my clothes away the following morning and bought new stuff . Went back talked to manager showed her the gatorade bottle full of bugs... She was INCREDIBLY RUDE said she checked the room and found no bugs - she said that 4 times in the last 11 months someone brought bugs in a bottle to the office and that it was usually a scam. I also pulled a wad of cash out of my pocket and asked her if she thinks I need to scam for 40 bucks... I told her to give me a refund... she said they didn't do refunds... she told me she called pest control to come check it out anyway... - I asked why she called pest control if she didn't see any of the bugs - I told her I was going to roast the place online yelp and elsewhere - and she quickly had an employee go into her cash drawer and gave me my 40 bucks back - so A) got exposed to and bitten by bedbugs - B ) Got called a scammer for bringing it to their attention.

1). Checked into room on 5/15 checked out 5/16. 2). Management didn't really say much about the issues of the bed bug bites, they offered a free night stay but why would I stay in a hotel that gave me bed bug bites. I came home with really bad bed bugs bites. I've contacted the motel 2 times now and they haven't been very helpful I would like my refund back or at least half of it. I have attached pictures.
