Stayed overnight a free room in March 28 2017. Checked in went directly to gambling floor. Upon returning to room I spotted a dead bedbug on bathroom floor. Called front desk. The time approximately 4am. Two I guess security men came to room. Looked at bug and flushed Offered us another room but declined because we had to carry all of our bags and we were tired. Never did they offer to help and we were planning on leaving. When checks nf out we told front desk. We were asked to call risk management when we got home. I was sent a paper to sign of release of not getting any other compensation other then what was offered. We were offered another free room from Sunday to Thursday for up to 6 months. Never signed Or returned.
