My mum and I had booked 6 nights from the 25th September to the 1st October. The first night her bed was totally infested with bed-bugs as proved the next morning when she woke up with bites all over. Photos were taken and now, three weeks later, she actually has an infection from the bites and has been prescribed antibiotics by her doctor. Again, we have proof of this. * The Casa Lama management dealt with this horrendously. They denied the existence of bugs and were very unhelpful in offering us to move rooms, in what was for us, the first day of a dream holiday. Eventually, the manageress came out and said we'd be better of leaving the hotel as she doesn't want to deal with 'complaints every day'. This was after our first day I remind you. We checked out of this horrible place and found somewhere new and got a part-refund.
