Checked in sat afternoon Sept 16, 2017 and quickly got dressed 2 attend a wedding. Returned late got in the bed. Lights were out but I got up itching and assumed it was the washing powder because Im allergic to scents. We did do the bed bug check when we first entered the room but I guess it wasnt thorough enough. We awoke 4 times, my roomate and I and I knew something was not quite right because she was itching too. On the fourth wake up I inspected the blankets and found bedbug on the sheet the other on the blanket. My roomate spotted one on her pillow. It was 1:00 am. We immediately called downstairs, the head of housekeeping entered the room and saw the bedbugs. She was very surprised and very apologetic. She offered another room but we refused. She gave us plastic bags to put our things in and offered to put our clothes in the dryer, we declined. She called the hotel manager at home and he reassured us of a refund. We fled out of that hotel!
