On September 14th I moved into the Gateway Motel on September 16th I woke up with 4 bites on my leg I didn't know what it was at that time on September 19th I had multiple marks on me I went to the front and I ask them if they can please exchange my room they told me there was no other rooms available they were going to have maintenance come in and clean the room yes I said maintenance at that time they took the sheets off the bed and put some new ones on and he walked out on the 21st I woke up with several more marks on me I went to the front and ask him to move my room they said I had to speak to management on October 4th I woke up with 11 bites on my face I went up to the front desk at 6:45 in the morning and told there was no rooms available afternoon I was told that there is no rooms available I called the front and I said you expect me to sleep in this room they move me to a new room which by the way has bed bugs in it I woke up this morning at 9 a.m. October 10th with several more bites on me I went to the hospital to find out that it was bedbug when I got back to the motel management told me that they were throwing me out they threw me out and kept $300 of my money they told me they didn't have to give it back to me
