Thursday October 4, 2017. We checked into the lower cottage on Wed Oct 3 and the next morning my daughter woke up with blood on her pillow & sheets. She & my mother then found 4 or 5 bugs & placed them in a cup. I went to the manager & brought her back to the cottage. She proceeded to find more bugs. They told us that they would move our group to condos on 584th street. They only refunded 1 night & didn t offer to clean our clothing & belongings or give us any instruction. When we checked into the new hotel we asked them what we should do with our clothing. The new hotel wasn't even informed why we were sent there!!! They offered to wash & dry out belongings in their industrial washers which would kill anything. They then instructed us to buy isopropyl alcohol & a spray bottle ; saturate the interior of our van, our shoes & our luggage.I informed the oceanic that 1 night refund was not acceptable & they needed to return all of it to us & reimburse for school supplies purchased to clean belongings. I have not heard anything back from them. Also when we checked in I had to clean the unit because it was very dirty.
