This place had great reviews which is the criteria my husband used to make the choice. However, upon arriving at 1 am, we quickly realized what a mistake we made. The room was very old and outdated. The carpet was torn and gross. The entire room was gross. It smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and was dingy and musty. The kicker was that we discovered bed bugs. Unfortunately, we didn't find them until the morning. We moved very quickly to get our kids out as fast as possible. When we notified the workers and they were very not too concerned and even blamed it on the people who stayed there before. I offered that they would need to replace everything in the room including the bedding and mattresses. The female employee appeared to not be bothered by it and was rude and did not apologize even once.
