Me and my wife checked into hotel on 09-28-17 and checked out on 10-02-17. On 09-29-17 that morning, my wife notice that she had some reddish marks on the side of her face and both arms. She thought maybe she had got bite by something. Later that night those marks became very itchy. On 09-30-17 the next morning, she notice more marks on her arms and her backs was itching. I look at her back and she had some large marks on her back. Not for sure what was going on we ask the front desk to come change sheets on bed. On 10-02-17 approximately 4:30 am my wife felt something biting her, I turned on light and she saw a bug on the side of her in the bed. She hit it off bed we decided to let the front desk know. The next morning my wife pulled up the bed and she notice two more of the bugs. I went to the front desk and let the lady at the front desk know and she sent a Housekeeping Manager along with me to the room to see what was going on. The lady noticed some red marks on the pillow cases and sheet of the bed my wife was sleeping in. She also saw a bug and inform us that it was a bed bug. We both walk back to front desk and she inform that there was bed bugs in that room and contacted a Manager whom inform that he would give us half off for one night of stay, my husband explained that we had been staying at the hotel since Thursday and we needed to speak with Manager to discuss issue. Front desk explained that he would be in later that day but was not for sure of the time because he is in and out and he would contact us later. Later that day someone contacted us to explained that only one.day was discounted. The Manager did not return our call and when my husband ask to speak with him she said he had left and did not know when he would return. My wife has red marks all over her body that itches continues to irate her. No-one explained to us what we should do or what they planned to do about bed bugs.

Jan 29, 2023. We went to this hotel because family member had COVID at our house. Fought bedbugs for 4 days at our expense. Clerk said she didn't doubt our claim. Refused refund for days we didn't stay.
