9/25 around 7pm i woke to something crawling on me. Upon examining my arms i discovered 4 bites all within inches of each other. I tore off all sheets, and inspected my bed, finding various stains and one dead bed bug. I went to the front desk and demanded to be moved to there cleanest and nicest room for the remainder of my stay. They gave me 323, first thing i did upon entering was inspect the mattress, within 60 seconds i found an engorged bed bug that had recently fed. I took very detailed pictures with my Phone. The general manager was called from home because at this point i was at my end and was leaving this hotel and need a full refund. They wanted nothing to do with my pictures and wanted the proof themselves in person. They tried taking a picture of the same bug on an extremely old phone and couldn't capture what my phone did. Them questioning the legitimacy of my pictures i took one in there presence and before i even snapped the picture they knew i was right and rudely offered me a refund. They informed me they've never had a guest complain about such things which was a lie, the reports on this website confirmed that. I showed them and they denied saying the report was false with no picture evidence available, and this is why i'm making this report. DO NOT STAY HERE, VERY DIRTY and will not work with you if you're actually bit and need a refund.
