9/15/17 we stayed at this hotel and during our stay we noticed bugs everywhere. We woke up the next morning and I had this terrible rash went to the dr in town and he told me it was bed bugs gave me cream and some other things to help with all the bites I received. Went back asked to speak to gm of course staff told us they were going through a change and gm wasn’t available asked to be moved to different room. Was never moved and gm never contacted us. We asked for our money back due to bed bugs and having to spend money on Dr and medication staff refused to give us our money back. Terrible hotel and obviously who ever owns doesn’t care about the product because it was completely disgusting to allow people To stay in a room with bed bugs.

This hotel had good reviews and the pictures seemed fine. The room was clean but the shower was moldy. The hallways and elevator needed to be cleaned. I always do a check of the room for bedbugs. In the 10 years that I have been checking, I have not found anything. So, I go to lift up the corner of the sheet and I noticed something on the pillow. I got a tissue and a cup and it was a bedbug. We took it down to the front desk and she was going to give us room 317. I said I don’t want to sfay on that floor. They didn’t have anything else available. We decided to drive to our next destination. I’m confident Choice Hotels will take care of this matter.

3/29/2021 12:45am There were 4 big bedbugs under the pillow and 6 smaller ones under the pillow. We took several bugs in a baggie and took to the front desk. The front desk attendant called the manager and said "we have a glitter problem in Room 107". So they are well aware of the issue.

12/27/21 I stayed here for 2 nights. I woke up itching, went to front desk to complain because there were blood splatters all over the sheet. They moved me to another room, I checked the mattress before laying down and there was 3 large bedbugs. After I saw that I checked out and slept in my car.
