Bed bugs discovered 9/22/17. There was a bug on the pillow of the bed and when it was squashed it was full of blood. That's how we figured out it was an adult bed bug. We checked the mattress seams and found another bed bug that was a nymph. There was a similar bug found on the bathroom mirror the night before. We didn't check to see if it was a bed bug. Management was pleasant and apologized. They offered a room in another location and allowed for checkout without charging for the stay.
