Sept 20-21. Soon as I found bed bugs I checked out. I took video and took 3 different sizes for the bugs to front desk. I woke up very early, when I turned the light there were 2 med size crawling on my pillow, very small one crawling toward the foot of the bed. I showered and checked out at once. I spoke to the hotel manager later on the 21st and haven't heard back from her since. Awful experience. I treated all my luggage and clothes immediately .

9-20-21 2017 checked in to Hampton at 5 AM noticed the bugs on my pillow. Phoned the front desk, the clerk was not able to leave the front desk but offered to change my room and was apologetic. She asked me to bring photo or video if I could see the bugs. I took video while on the phone with her. I gathered my things and checked out 5 30 am 9-21-17. I provided the front desk with video as well as 3 varied size bugs wrapped int tissue . When I arrived to front she offered me free wine for the inconvenience . I declined, so she gave me 2 bottles of water.
