Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Incident happened on 9/7/17 around 2am. I woke up itching and noticed red spots on my arms and back. When I looked in my pillow I saw two bed bugs. I went downstairs and the receptionist said she will give me another room. She didn't apologize or show empathy. I took pictures of bugs and my rashes if needed. Around 1pm another lady called and said they were going to get Ecolab to look st room. Just told me to put any clothes in dryer that were infected.

November 19th, 2021, 6am, woke up to bites and bed bugs. MANAGEMENT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. Had to ask for trash bags, had to force them to put a note in my file.
