Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

At midnight we found a large bed bug in one of the queen beds. We put it in a bag and took it downstairs. We were told there was nothing they could do for us at that point and management would call me in the morning. We went back to our room and then found one one another bed and two in the third bed in the room. We will everyone up, went back downstairs and asked for garage bags to put talk or stuff in and left. We then spent the next hour trying to find someplace else to stay. I never did get a call from management. I did receive a notice from hotels.com that a credit for my room was being issued. So no sleep, $30. In laundry fees and no concern at hotel.
