Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We arrived at our room after the check in time. We checked both beds upon our arrival. After lifting the matress cover we found a died bed bug. The bug was moved to night stand and shown to management. They offered to comp a room for us (which we didn't accept), they assisted with finding another hotel in Covington. The bed spread was also dirty as well on the same bed.

On 10/18/20 Sunday morning I Woke up around 5am scratching my arm turned on the lights to see bedbug had bitten my arm several times. Lifted the sheets and saw 2 bedbugs took pic and video went to front desk to inform them, mgr apologies, offered to put me in another room but I didnâ€™t accept, decided to leave, mgr took my contact info said they will refund my money on Monday because they needed to contact Expedia first since thatâ€™s who I reserved the room through.
