Stayed Aug 3-4 2017. My husband woke up with bed bug bites after our first night stay. When we called the manager she said she would have to have the room inspected to verify it was bed bugs and that the mosquitos were really bad this year and that’s probably what they were. Moved us to another room, no apologies, no offer to comp our room, nothing. At least when the bellhop came to move us he acknowledged that “Yes the management probably knew they were bed bugs but why would they admit it.” Never heard back from management.

Aug 13, 2022, Room 856 - We woke after midnight to numerous bed bugs in both beds biting us. We have video and photos of our experience. Called front desk and they didn't act surprised and stated there was only 1 room left in the entire hotel - ground floor. This room had awful plumbing and mold on shower ceiling (water would turn/hot/cold). Both rooms were not very clean whatsoever. Hopefully the next person doesn't have to deal with them too! If we hadn't filed a report/complained they wouldn't have done a single thing. No apologies, no offer to comp anything until we asked to be comped.

On September 13 I visited Hard Rock Cafe. I checked in at 1:56am I was provided a suite that was not completely clean.I was unwilling to continue to stay in the room when I looked in the mirror I had bites from my neck to my feet which only increased as the day went forward I ended up in the ER not only once but twice, when I contacted the property they apologized and said that they were having an issue, they called me back and offered to cop a room, I’m not interested. I ended up with 102 fever and a staff infection from the bedbug saliva and whatever else of filth was in that room. I had to have my car professionally exterminated and I have turned it into my insurance. I have reached out to Hard Rock Cafe over the last for five days without any resolution or response.
