1. 06:45am. Woke up and rolled out of bed about to take my fiancé to drill (the reserves) threw my bag on the bed to grab clothes to throw on and right there clear as day I saw the first bed bug crawl across the sheets, called the front desk immediately. Then again saw a second crawling across the top sheet! By then I was panicking. 1. I spoke with the front desk, never had a chance to speak with management. They moved me rooms (TWICE) then put me back on the same floor because we wanted a smoking room. As which we paid for. In a room without the same bed situation. Me and my fiancé paid for a king bed and they throw us in a room with two doubles, poop on us. Reimbursed us for one nights stay and then proceeded to give us and only give us a military discount for the second after I had to find something to do for the time it took them to clean the room etc. didn't offer to clean my clothes or even give me something to wear while I try to figure out what to do with mine.
