Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Found a dead bed bug in the pull out mattress. Entire room was filthy. Told front desk and would only refund if we were to stay the night. Working with Hilton to remedy this. Would absolutely not stay here. 8-2-17 around 9pm.

Date: 8/23/2017 Woke up the morning of 8/23 to find 20 bites on both forearms. Notified the desk upon check out and showed the bites to the person working the desk. At which time their response was, "Oh owwwww." There seemed to be little concern on the part of the person at the front desk. They printed my receipt and told be to have a safe trip. I have stayed here many time in the past during business travel and this was the first time I have encountered this problem. I think what bothers me the most was the lack of concern. With that said, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

2/10/21 I woke up to a bite, turned on the light, and found bed bugs crawling across the sheets. I captured one, sealed it in an ice bag, took pictures, and took it to the front desk where the clerk tossed it in the trash without responding to me as if she had experienced this may times. I sent communication and pictures to Hilton multiple times and they did not respond with even an acknowledgement.

1. Bedbugs found in bed on 1/30/24 at 4:30pm. I had gotten up for work and took a shower, I found the bedbug on my pillow as I was getting dressed. 2. The hotel desk clerk did nothing, she never even seemed surprised. I just checked out of the hotel and left. My coworker also checked out of the room and then she gave her a number for me to send in the pictures/video of the bedbugs for the report.

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
