My family and I stayed in the bare-bones cabin #9 July 22 to July 30. My son was up itching all night. I wish I would've thought of it when I was in there that it could've been bedbugs. Here I thought it was mosquito bites. We got home and my kids body is covered in bites. I took them to doctor and they confirmed that it was bedbugs. I did contact frontier town talked with the GM and they did reimburse me the money for the stay. I'm already spending that much money on trying to take care of everything and I had to throw out a lot of stuff. I would rather pay triple the amount to not have to go through what I'm going through. They did say an exterminator went in there and they fix that problem in the cabin. But for all the stress my kids and I are going through I do not wish this on anybody.

Oct 4th-6th 2019, bed bugs found in our deluxe cabin X0 after sleeping on them and waking up with bites, babies and adults found, we caught and captured them and put them in a bag and took them to the office with our complaint, they immediately gave us bags for all our laundry items to run them thru the dryer and moved us to another cabin E32, upon waking in this cabin the second night we were fully covered in bites but no bugs were visibly found.... we are leaving, vacation ruined and we are leaving all laundry items behind (so they don’t travel home with us), they are giving us a full refund but we have to contact corporate for compensation of our belongings, also have photos of bites and video of bugs
