Was staying with 3 other friends at the Days Inn Friday and Saturday, 7/14-7/15, 2017. On 7/15-7/16, one friend woke up with a bite on her elbow but since we were up by the mountains, we initially thought it was just a mosquito bite. On 7/16, 3 of us woke up with several bites all over our bodies. I have several bites on my face, up and down my arm as well as on my back.' The hotel has not called us back or mentioned anything so fair warning, they will continue to house people.

On July 24th at approximately 12 noon I found a corner of a box spring with an infestation of bed bugs; I know they supposedly come out at night, but in this case we saw them during daylight. They varied in size, and there were also eggs as well. The manager offered me another room, when I declined, she refunded my money, but made it clear that they would only treat that one room. Secondly, she acted as if my claim wasn't necessarily true, until I showed her the picture. I had to do all of my own dry cleaning, rushing to get our outfits clean in time for the funeral that brought us to town. She did say that she would reimburse the bills, but only after I threatened to call corporate. We could only get one outfit each cleaned in time for our departure, and that was the funeral attire, so we had to buy clothing to wear back home. I'm hoping they'll reimburse that too. Because they didn't handle the laundering themselves, our first stop when we get into town has to be the dry cleaner, rather than going straight home. DO NOT STAY HERE!
