Here on business. Checked in on 7-4-17. Room was not very clean as there were old french fries between the bed and the nightstand. Toilet had stains in it and the sink had old hair on it. Room has a musty odor. Should had turned around and left. Following day, I noticed a red bump on my arm. I didn't think much of it as their were mosquitoes in the area. After the second night, I was covered. I still am as of 7-8-17. I asked to be moved. They moved me to a dirtier room. I complain and was moved a just as filthy room that had a foul odor coming from the A/C unit. I complained and they refused to move me. The manager told me that because I am on Corporate Lodging, I am lucky that I was moved from the first room. I said to her that a manager should try hard to please a customer that was just bitten, from head to toes, by bedbugs. She said that is not her problem and that she really does not give a damn. I packed up and left. There are far better places in Ogallala, NE than the No Quality Inn. My advise is to steer clear of this place.
