Found bed bugs in one of the bedrooms in room number 606 south tower, on Thursday June 29, 2017. We were about to go to bed and moved the nightstand over a little bit and found a bed bug crawling in the floor. We put the one we found in a plastic bag and called the after hours number. They answered and said that they would report it and have someone call us back. We waited all night without a phone call. Finally after a sleepless night, we called them back the next morning around 9 or 10. Once we called them again, it was no longer than a few minutes before someone showed up at our door. Once they came to the room, the stripped the mattresses and searched for bed bugs and found some more. We decided to leave that afternoon to go home, since that ruined our vacation. The people that we rented from gave us a full refund and didn't argue at all.

We stayed in condo s1209 at Crecent Shore 1625 S. Ocean Blvd from 10/5-10/13/21. Didn’t see any bed bugs while there (although we didn’t look). Day after we arrived home bites appeared. I have 60-80 bites on my upper body. Called Grand Strand Resorts and notified them of the situation on Friday 10/15/21). Said they would send someone out since new family was coming in that day. Called back at 4 and was told no one could inspect the room until the next week. I called back again Monday 10/18 and they confirmed there are bed bugs in the master bed room. Now we wait and see if we brought them home with us. I posted a review for this condo on their website Monday afternoon warning of the bed bug situation. As of Tuesday AM the review is still not on their website. Makes me wonder if they knew there were bed bugs in this condo and keep reviews hidden….
