1. At 4:50 AM my daughter woke and saw a bug crawling on the bed next to her. She scooped it up in a plastic cup and woke me up. I identified it as a bedbug from internet pictures. 2. The management was great. They immediately moved us to another room and provided plastic bags for out stuff. They allowed me to wash/dry the clothes we had worn. They did not charge me for that night’s stay.

My partner and I spent the night of 26 Jun 17 in room 205. The room looked decent and we didn't check for bugs. The next day, we woke up itching and notice clusters and "trails" of bites after we checked out (we had somewhere to be and were late getting up). I sent an email to Choice Hotels on 27 Jun and have not received any response as of 29 Jun.
