I checked in 19th of March, and checked out on the 23rd of March. On the last day of stay, found a live bug on the bed, did not know it was bedbug as it was my first to see one. I took a picture and posted, and later of the day, friends told me that was a bedbug. I went back to hotel and informed them about the bedbug. During the whole process, not a single apology for what I have experienced, and seemingly, based on their protocol, security was the person who talks the guests when a case of bed bug is reported. Later on, I did more research and contacted them again, still, no apology for what I have experienced (not even a sorry), and it turned out that the room I stayed was infested previously. This can only suggest repeat problem of bedbug for this hotel. However, what bothers me most is that, through the overall process, they claim that the room was checked again and again but no bed bug. If that is the case, how did I catch one? I do not want to go into the process I went through to make sure that I did not bring bedbug back, and psychological disturbance I had. But one thing, for sure, is that you do not want it!!! I so regretted for staying at this place.. after you reading this, please do not let my regret be yours also.
