6/2/2017 Checked into hotel. Got a 2 double beds in room. Went to bed that night and in morning my sister who was traveling with me, woke up to find a beg bug on her pillow. Bed bug had been feeding on her and full of blood. We looked further and found a dead bed bug between mattress and mattress pad. Employee for motel came and inspected and promptly gave us a new room. They did not have a double that was easily accessible so we had to share a bed. We were assured that the room would be looked into and not rented until resolved. The same night they rented that room out. We stayed 2 more nights and that room had been rented out both nights. They did refund the first nights rent. But the remainder of the trip was ruined for us as we always felt like we had bugs crawling on us at night...

Date: 07/05/2019 Bedbugs found when one of our party suddenly felt something crawling in the bed Woke up in the middle of the night around 2 am then contacted management Took all our clothes and took to laundromat to wash everything While checking the bed found another bedbug on the pillow and a third under the pillow checked against photos online and confirmed bedbugs Too photo(time stamped) Called insurance company around 2:45 am to check on coverage as cost to dry clean clothes would be enormous Front desk spoke to management and then told us would refund the nights. When we returned in the morning, we were told that could not confirm refund of any nights would have to have maintenance check Contacted corporate. Finally after much conversation was given refund for 2nd night of stay and was told that management would contact us after maintenance came in and checked the room over Monday morning. Heard nothing - the entire next day - now questioning if new folks are sleeping in that same room
