Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Saturday May 27 2017...my husband, grandson, and I stayed in Room 5 of the Travel King Motel in Bellflower California for $80/night for 2 nights. They would only accept cash and did not give me a receipt. We all have multiple bites all over our bodies. The bites on my grandson are literally from head to toe. We told the owner (or possibly a relative of the owner) about the bites and infestation, and he laughed. That was all. No comment, consolation, or apologies. He wasn't even surprised. I am LIVID.
