My 80 year old grandmother has been in the hospital with stage 4 colon cancer. When we returned to her apartment there was a note on the door that the apartment complex was going to be spraying for bed bugs. We followed the directions they gave us to prepare the apartment. When she returned home from the hospital we found, live, bedbugs in several places throughout the apartment. My mom went to the office to find out when they were going to be spraying. They said they already had. There was no proof anywhere that they had and there were bedbugs everywhere. They argued with my mom that bedbugs do not travel through walls from apartment to apartment. We contacted several exterminators and they all told us the same thing. They can come out and treat the apartment but the bedbugs will be back in a mater of days because they do travel through the walls from apartment to apartment. The office is refusing to do anything more to help. We are filing a report with the health department.
