We stayed at this establishment on May 12, 2017 to May 14, 2017. On the morning of check out, we found an adult bedbug on the pillow of one of the beds. We took a picture of it and proceeded to the front desk. The man at the front desk told me that I would have to talk with the manager, who was not there that day. He gave me her email address but said I would have to talk with her about a refund. He didn't seemed surprised and even commented on how they had had Stanley Cleaner come in to clean the carpets because it was going to be a busy weekend for them. I emailed immediately and heard nothing on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, I called the hotel on Tuesday and mgr told me that she would have to look into it and would call me back. After many hours, I called the hotel back. Mgr proceeded to tell me that the room was checked and no evidence of bedbugs were found and refused to refund my money. We are currently in dispute over this. It was obvious that it has been a problem. I should have known it when two out of the 3 beds had new mattresses. TERRIBLE!!!
