Checked in on Friday April 15th with my husband. Stayed 2 nights in room 6780. Checked out Monday morning. That day started itching on my legs. Didn't think much about it. Woke up Tuesday with bites in a row all down my legs. Went to the doctors and they confirmed they were beg bug bites. Contacted the hotel they transferred me to security . Filled out a report emailed it over along with the pictures. Have yet to hear back from them a week later even after numerous calls there. Finally talked with someone else in security and they let me know that they send it to risk management. Have been trying to get in contact with someone there as well and after 3 messages still have not received a call. Hotel doesn't seem to be wanting to take responsibility for this.

My husband and I went to Vegas for our 2 year anniversary 2/12/21-2/16/21 we originally ordered the junior suite I was downgraded to a smoking room with no added fees on 2/15/21 @ 8:00 my husband woke up with 4 bite marks that itched badly we immediately called the front desk the security took pictures of the bites and the room then wrote a report he asked if my husband wanted to go to the hospital we refused it was our anniversary day and we had plans I was told to contact risk management who said all they could do was upgrade my room which I already had the junior suite I only downgraded to respect the no smoking in the room I emailed the security who told me I was wasting my time
