April 16, 2017 Sunday I had just got back from a trip and wanted some rest before reaching home, so I stayed at Trails End Motel 1350 Rt 130, Windsor NJ 08561 Room 23. Monday morning when i got up I had a spot on my hand, how did i get that bite, i started getting ready for work, when i saw a bug crawling on the bed, so i hit it and put it in a bag to look at. Oh my gawd!!! It was a bedbug. I put all my stuff in plastic bags to be safe. Later I spoke to the man and woman at the rental office, told them of the issue and asked what were they gonna do about the bedbug problem, I didn't even ask for my money back and they didn't offer. No one would answer me, so I asked again, "What are you's going to do about the bedbugs?" The man said ,"Nothing". I really felt upset at this point, you have to do something, you can not keep taking people's money and have them laying on bedbugs!!! Since they feel they can get away with doing nothing, I went to the township municipal building and filed a report against this motel, somebody has to make them clean that up!!! You can not take money from people and have them laying on that and not clean those bedbugs up, it's not right.
