I checked into a hotel for a 3-day business trip and by the third night there I had accumulated over 50 bites on my back, arms, hands, legs and feet. By this time I realized what they were and couldn't sleep for fear and the itching. Stayed up all night and went to complain at 4 am to night clerk. He said he would inform management in the morning. I finally caught 2 or 3 bugs and smashed them before folding them up in a Kleenex to show them in morning. When I went to check out and talk to management, the wife of the couple began screaming at me saying there were no bugs and that I was just trying to start trouble. I tried to show her the Kleenex and all my bites but she just became enraged and told me to shut up or she would report me (although to whom or what I don't know). I never received a single I'm sorry or any sympathy whatsoever and I count this now as the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my life. I paid more than 350 for this misery! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!
