Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We had problems with the heater and the bathroom floor. Heater was not working and the bathroom floor was filthy. They sent two cleaners up with paper towels and spray bottle. Never got heater fixed. Gave us portable heater. After dealing with heat and dirty floor we went to get into bed. Well that was the topper!! The sheets had bed bug shit over them. Called front desk again. They sent up security who put the stuff off our bed in a zip lock Then they sent a someone up with new sheets. No vacuum, no new pillows, no new comforter. Just sheets. We started off going to bed at 9 pm and by 1 am in the morning had to leave the hotel. I promise you this was one of the most terrible experiences. Never again!!
