I stayed here on March 6, 2017, and woke up with several red welts on my arms, neck and legs. I have been bitten by bedbugs before, so I called the front desk to let them know. The person apologized and told me they would check it out, check with the manager and get back to me. I asked that they move myself and my coworker to another room and provide money for us to do our laundry. As I would be on the road working for another month, which I figured would eliminate any chances of me bringing bedbugs to my house, the laundry request was as much (or more) out of concern for them and their business as for myself. A couple hours went by, and I hadn't received a call back yet, so I called her on my break from work to settle everything. I was told that we would have our laundry charges compensated and would be able to move rooms. Great. The woman also told me that they found no evidence of bedbugs. Whatever. I showed up that evening to get a new room key and to ask for money for the laundry machine, and they gave me enough to do one load. I figured that, even though they "hadn't found evidence of bedbugs", I hadn't better mention (discreetly) that I did have welts all over my body, out of concern for them understanding that they were probably dealing with something that needed immediate attention in order to stop it from spreading. The response was an interrupting, "I'm very sorry, sir." No real attention was paid to what I had to say, it was clear that not being wrong was top priority. Possibly they had convinced themselves that I had spent time on the phone and my coworker moved all our stuff from one room to another in order to get 5 bucks in quarters for the laundry machine. I never mentioned being credited anything toward my room rate, nothing of the sort. Basically, I was left feeling like this place was far from gracious in terms of hospitality, and will probably do nothing to resolve the issue until it has spread far from their establishment. Crap experience overall.
