Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

First discovered 10/25. Told management. They sent someone in to inspect and said they found nothing. 1/15 we had caught about 5 bugs and had them inspect twice more, during which they still didn't find anything but finally agreed to treat because we literally had the bugs to show them. We had to pay (it is in the lease) though we hadn't travelled or bought used anything... We had to use their choice of company. They treated once and when they returned for their follow-up treatment a week later (we lived out of garbage bags all week) they didn't treat because "they didn't see anything" 4/20 we found a bed bug while watching TV on the couch (which they had treated). They did not treat or really check any neighboring apartments, and we believe they are spread throughout the building so are on the fence whether we should tell them and have to pay for bad treatment to no avail again.
