My husband and I arrived at Windsor@ Westside in Kissimmee Florida on February 20th. We stayed in the downstairs portion of the unit. On February 22nd the remainder of my family arrived. They stayed in the upstairs portion of the unit. The unit number is 1982 Majorca , Kissimmee Florida. Upon awakening on the morning of the 24th , my son in law noticed he had a full grown adult bed bug on him. He swatted it and it was full of blood. We have a video and pictures. We then continued upstairs for a search. It turns out the entire upstairs was infested with Bed Bugs. Upon contacting the travel agency and texting with someone , he referred to them as Love Bugs. This is disgusting and we asked to be moved immediately. We were moved later that afternoon. He came out to check on 1982 Majorca I talked with him. He had a couple of foggers with him. I told him that foggers do not work on that nasty bug. They have evidently had this problem for quiet some time as I looked closer at the sheets an found the bed bug excrement stains on all of the sheets. So gross. I do hope they are inspected by the county health department. Am going to contact them. Be warned.
