Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I had to be moved from one room of 602 to 627 room this morning due to bugs and bites on my right arm, I have attached pic/video on the bugs.I spoke with manager today approx 11:15am about this, he offered a free breakfast and a possible $50.00 deduction off one night for my issues. He said it was only sugar ants, not bed bugs, all i know is my arm has bites on it, I itch and just creep out thinking now all my clothes have to be washed very well to insure no bedbugs. I asked what the policy of these issues and if I could get one extra night at no cost but he declined. I will be checking out 1/5/16 and wish I could say it was a satisfactory stay but can't. I'm looking for a fair resolution of this issue
