Me and my boyfriend booked a reservation at this horrible "hotel" online for 2 nights ( 01/05/17-01/07/17).As we arrived late at night we noticed that hotel is extremely overpriced, our room wasn't clean as it should be, and it was awful odor, even though we went to sleep because we were tired. I didn't sleep well at all that night I remember scratching all my body.. it was a nightmare, Next day in the morning my body was bitten, we started to look between the mattress and spring box, and what we found was literally disgusting! We started to pack our stuff immediately and went to the lobby to make a report about last night, the guy at rhe front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. He asked us if we wanna stay one more night... the question itself was an absurd! We asked to refund our money for two nights, he said it's impossible and all he can do is to make one night refund.. We were pissed , while my boyfriend stayed at lobby I decided to go back at our room just in case nobody would try to clean it, when I arrived I've noticed that one of housekeeper quickly cleans it up .. when I asked her what she's doing in my room she just locked the doors! There were hours of showdowns.. after that the guy from the lobby( Anthony) said he'll refund a full price , today's almost 10th of January we still don't have any refund. In my opinion this horrible place must be inspected and closed.

Told me I was lying and never cleaned room. Manager was not available and hung up on me when I called the front desk. Very rude woman.

MAY 11, 2019 CHECKED IN ABOUT 7PM WENT TO BED AROUND 11PM. WOKE UP AT 2:15 AM ALL ITCHY ON BY BACK. DISCOVERED 9 BED BUGS IN THE BED AND THEY HAD BITTEN ME ABOUT 15 TIMES. TOLD I COULDN'T GET A REFUND, LADY AT DESK SAID I MUST HAVE BROUGHT THEM IN.

INFESTED WITH BED BUGS....horrible staff. The worse hotel. Stood there 8/4/19 in room 230. I called customer service 844-266-5969 to escalated a complain, send pictures, called everyday for status for more than 3 weeks and they just told that my claim for a reimbursement was denied.
