1053M05865 Guest name: ZAKIYA TURNER-Maxey we stayed at the hotel beginning and n 08/31/18. we had initially been in room 336 and decided to move closer to the front of the hotel the next morning we were covered in Bedbug bites. We called main desk staff who came to the room with maintenance, manager and a second staff member. They had my daughter and I remembered ve ourselves as they went into the room closing the door behind them to look. After about five minutes they came out of the room and told us they had indact seen evidence of bedbugs and they offered to refund the morning ney for the nights stay we decided to just move to a different room and apply that refund to that room. That same day we took pictures of our bites and my daughter and I went to our doctor at Kaiser Permanent Lapalma Can who in fact diagnosed us as having a bad reaction to the Bedbug bites and thru prescribed us a steroid cream which we had to lather our bodies in and not was it off for ten hours. As can be imagine d we didn't sleep well after that event left the past congestion. I'm filing this report so that others can be informed and maybe someone will feel secure enough to report their experience as I'm positive I'm not the first nor will be the last guest affected by the negligence of the hotel to inform guest as well as property treat and eradicate the problem to the best of their abilities

I stayed here with my 2 month old baby n my 3 year in the morning when we woke up I felt irritated and itchy n when i look in the mirror I saw all this bites on my face, neck, arms and chest then I ran to my kids n my baby had three bed bugs on her leg n arms n my 3 year old was crying that it hurts so I grab this bugs with a paper n put them in a cup n kept looking on my bed were I remove the sheets there were a ton of bed bug walking around so I went staight to the office n told them wat had happen n showed them the bed bugs all they said was o my God there big n told me that they'll take care of that with pest control n that they will give me another room I told them I want my money back I don't wanna stay here n all they said was well we don't give refunds either u take the room or leave I was so mad that they didnt care about my children's health n how this affected me how was I gonna replace the damage I lost I had to throw away my babys bag n our clothes we had..they all care about there business not about others
