Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Jan 7, 2017 Saw a bed bug crawling on the top of the blanket. Went to management. They said we could move rooms that they apologize and would go clean the room thoroughly claimed they didn't find any other bugs and couldn't accommodate us in any other way except to move us to a new room.

8/27/2023 Checked in, placed personal items in room and immediately left for dinner etc. Upon returning we got into bed and after about 1-2 hours in bed noticed several bed bugs crawling on the sheets and pillows while we were laying there. Both of us were bitten and when we called the front desk clerk was very rude and denied that they had bed bugs also refused to give a refund or come and observe the activity in the room.
