My daughter was there on a youth trip she woke up with bed bug bites all over her residue on the sheets and a bug was spotted on the sheet and pictures were taken management said that they did not have a problem with bed bugs they did nothing

June 26, 2019. Woke to 7 red, large welts on body. Went to front desk to report. I was told the manage was out for two days. I then asked for the owner to call me. No one ever called.
