We have had bedbugs in our apt for over a month. Management has given us mixed answers on what is being done to resolve the issue further as a round of treatments has not eradicated the problem. We asked that heat treatments be done and other methods since the first type didn't work and were advised that heat doesn't resolve the issue. They also refuse to have the apartments surrounding ours treated, despite the fact that bedbugs are coming through a wall that happens to connect with a new neighbor. Multiple requests for further information and for help as one of the tenants is getting huge blistery bites and were basically told there is nothing we can do. Management will not provide further information and all requests to get everything in writing have been ignored.
