BED BUGS BEWARE! HOTEL WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!! I've been civil and patient with the hotel management at this company. It all started after me and my wife's wedding on Oct 30th we went with a group of family members to Fresno, CA to visit Yosemite National Park. When we arrived at the Radisson, the hotel room was already in bad shape. The first picture shows the blood stained curtains. I didn't think much since I was so tired after the wedding. We stayed a total of two nights at the Radisson. The first night I woke up with a few bites. I thought they were mosquito bites since we went to Yosemite. My body had not yet had an allergic reaction. On the second night, my whole body was littered with over 40 plus bites from head to toe. We had to get up early to catch a flight so I did not have time to fully inspect what kind of bites they were. After I got home from the vacation, I started itching the bites which my body became extremely irritated and had an allergic reaction. I went immediately to my primary doctor and then a dermatologist, both stating that they were bed bug bites. I then informed Radisson about the incident. They had told me that they would get pest control to do a full report. A week later, they said they found no bugs. I demanded the Pest Control report which they would not reveal and told me insurance would be calling me. Hanover Insurance then called me and got all the information. They concluded after the investigation that there were indeed bed bugs in the report but they would not reimburse me for my week of missed work and mental/physical scarring. Not only did the hotel lie to me, but the insurance company would not release the pest control report. Something is not right here and clearly, they do not put customers first. They didn't even reimburse us for the room!!!! I have contacted my legal representative and we will be taking this to small claims court as it seems Radisson hotel lies to their customers and does not take ownership for their wrongdoing. Do not stay at this hotel! You will regret it when you wake up with bed bug bites all over your body due to their negligence.
