Not only are these apartments infested with bed bugs but management is also aware of the rats and roaches that have made living conditions even worst. The managers are aware of the problem and sent out a amendment to the lease holding tenants solely responsible if they report bed bugs to management. As a result many tenants choose to try and deal with the problem on their own instead of taking on the expensive cost of getting rid of the bed bugs. There have been so many occasions where tenants have thrown away bedding and furniture to try and get rid of the problem. To no avail because if you look the problem is getting worst and spreading . You see evidence of the bedbugs living in the walls along with the roaches and rats that have taken over these apartments. Most tenants will not admit to the problem because of embarrassment and not having the ability to move to better housing. These apartments were remodeled years ago but did not get rid of all the pest living in the walls.
