I, Damon Lord and my wife paid for hotel room, room 126 on Friday November 25 2016 round 11a.m. to noon. We put our luggage and property in room on bed and left to go visit family and take care of errands.. When we got back it was bout 10p.m. at night and decided to lay down to get sleep. Our check out date and time is Saturday November 26, 2016 by 11a.m.. between 3:30a.m. and 5a.m. my wife woke me up complaining she was feeling multiple bites on her body, which made me realize i had also felt multiple bites/stinging and turned lights on and pulled comforter back to exam bed and linening. We found multiple bugs in bed and took pictures and captured a few in a cup. I then took clear cup with bed bugs and the pictures of a few that were in bed linen to have proof to shift leader on duty and brought it to his attention. I explained our issue and showed him everything and I asked him to reimburse us in a new room for another night paid for because the situation now has caused lost sleep and caused bumps and rashes to become visible on both me and my wife, and also examined or belongings since everything was put on bed when we first checked in and found that our belongings had been infested with bed bugs. He apologized offered to move us next door to 125. But we would still be required to check out or pay for the next night and that he couldnt refunded.
