I woke up about 3 a.m. feeling bites on my neck and back upon inspection I found the pillows to be infested with bed bugs and on the sides of the mattress, in the seams there were blood stains and giant bed bugs there. I took video of the whole bedroom and room number #130 I also took video when I spoke to the night Clerk I asked me if you would like to go and inspect the room and he said" no." I also have it documented on video. they said they would refund me the next day I'll find out later.

Around 3 a.m. I felt bites on my neck and lower back, upon inspection I saw bed bugs all over the pillows and the mattress. on the seames of the mattress infestation with bed bugs and bed bugs droppings. I went and I told the night Clerk about the situation and asked him if he wanted to verify before I left, I recorded a video he said no.
