I woke up at 12:40am on 11/11/16 itching. I got up and seen two bed bugs in the sheets and huge bites on my left extremity and back. I told the attendant about it who said "I cannot give you a refund, all I can do is change your room." He did not even go to the room to inspect it or pretend like he cared about the situation. I even showed him the swollen bites on my arm. He simply looked at me and said nothing. He gave me another room key and that was the end of the conversation. Didn't even utter a word of sympathy or offer an apology, his only words were "Well, I cannot give you a refund. The man in the room before you did not mention anything." He also went on to say "There is a machine we can put in the room to get rid of them" which brought to light the fact that this is obviously a reoccurring problem. He did not offer to file an incident report of any kind. I ended up sleeping in my rental car from 1:00am-6:00am and throwing away all of the clothes I came with, even my suit. Around $300 worth of clothes and personal belongings gone on this trip. This was a very terrible experience.
