When we first moved in we got bites, but we thought they were fleas because of all the animals people have on the property. We have bombed on 3 different occasions and placed bates everywhere. Bites continued seldomly, we have never ever known what a bedbug was until now. We had company over and she had a bite on her face huge and it swollen. I felt bad and went to inspect where she was laying down, and that's when I seen that creature. I put it in a ziploc and the more I inspected the room the more I found, it was an infestation they were everywhere. I called the office, I was told to bring proof, and pictures of the bites. I did I scraped several bedbugs and put them into the ziploc and went to their office and showed them. I emailed pictures to them as well. This was on a Saturday, then I was told I'd have to wait until Monday. I got a call and email by the manager I signed the papers with instructions to come and inspect. I was made felt as if I never had this issue and it started with us. Mind you I never had this problem prior to moving here, and as soon as I moved in I had bites already and told the office. I was sent a exterminator, which sprayed for?? Bugs I suppose. I reviewed the hotels around us, they all have the same problems bed bugs. My lease is over by December thank God, but now I'm going to have to throw away good furniture that's not even covered by insurance, they don't cover bedbugs. Now I'm waiting to go for them to come and exterminate the bugs. It's disgusting.
