This house has code violations. Missing smoke detectors in bedroom others don't work broken light switch with a piece of duct tape on it. Broken and lifting tiles in master bathroom. Stairs had been redone with a floating floor system and at tread steps is a 3/8 corner moulding which causes tripping and violates tread run and rise as well as safety. There is black mold at bottom of shower enclosures. Water spicket in showers are not properly secured. Filters in heating system are not changed out. There is a study that is used for a bedroom havin no smoke detector. This house in general is the dirtiest nast place nothing has been cleaned in a long time. There are bed bug infestation The furniture is dirty nasty and stained. Linen is dirty and in changed. Blinds don't work. Walls and doors are dirty and sticky.
