When my husband and I first got into the room it was the first thing we checked for as we always do when staying at any hotel. We lifted the mattress and immediately saw a bedbug. When we looked further under the box spring there was a whole cluster of them. So much that i physically got sick. It was the most disgusting thing i have ever seen at a hotel and i have traveled most of the states. When I went to report it to the management and ask for a full refund, i even showed them the pictures and asked them to come up and look for themselves, the front desk worker was very rude telling me that i was wrong that they didnt have bedbugs when i had the proof right in her face with her saying no refund would be issued and i hadnt even been there an hour. When the manager trish came out to speak with me she was so rude even using foul language also telling me that i was a liar. When i showed her proof and told her that i would report it she told me i needed to leave and that a refund would not be issued. I was going to the authorities when i told her this she gave me my money back. This is a place that should be condemned. After further reading about this place i found they had been shut down due to an active meth lab just months before and it was the floor i was put on.

On June 6th, 2018 at approximately 9:15am I was on a call when I noticed there was a red bug crawling on top of the sheets. I knew it was a bed bug because my roommate had a previous incident earlier last month and all the manager (Brandi) did was remove the bed. Anyway, I quickly grabbed for my book and smacked it. Blood started coming out of the bug. I immediately went down stairs to the manager and she told me she was going to call someone to get the room treated. Hours later I haven’t heard from her. I went back to the front desk and her employee called her (the manager) via phone. The manager said the person who is suppose treat the room will be coming in tomorrow. I asked her what am I suppose to do because I cannot sleep in that bed and she said that there is nothing else she could do.
