Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I spent 6 nights at the hotel.before noticing a sitcom the bed. I had left the do not disturb sign up all during my stay because I was only in the room about 7 hours a night and didn't want to have it cleaned while I wasn't there. On the 7th night I switched to the so far unused bed. I kept the light on for about 15 minutes when I saw a bug. I got up and picked up the pillow to see at least 10 more bedbugs. I called the front desk and they offered another room. I declined and left at around midnight. I slept in my car. The next day the manager said that it was my fault because I didn't let them clean. No refund or any kind of compensation. I paid for all 7 nights.
